A professional face to face training program is essential for our customers even in the difficult COVID-19 situation with travel restrictions. With the HARVEST MANAGER Training held well ahead of the harvesting time the gained theoretical knowledge can be used in practical way on the field in a few weeks time.

Corona_Krise

Dear Customers,

>the situation around the corona virus is developing very dynamically. As an international company, HALDRUP GmbH is looking at the situation every day. Our goal during this time is to protect both our employees and our customers and suppliers. We have taken some security measures for this. At the same time, all measures are aimed at reliably maintaining business operations for our customers.

In this way, we continue to very successfully keep the delivery performance of all our machines, spare parts and components at the usual good performance. Due to the very high level of vertical integration at the locations in Germany and Denmark and the predominantly local supplier network, the supply of parts is still ensured. Should there be delays, you will be informed immediately by the usual channels.

Thanks to a planned combination of home office and office presence, the usual contacts will still be available for you under these special circumstances and can therefore be reached without restriction.

Take care and stay healthy!

Review of a well-attended DLG conference

DLG Hannover

HALDRUP took again part in the DLG technical conference in Hanover this year. It took place from January 28th to January 29th, 2020. The HALDRUP company presented a part of its product range at the fair. These include the C-85 plot combine with a new soy cutting unit, the SP-35 seed drill with a new control system, and the LT-35 laboratory thresher. In cooperation with our partner SPÄNEX, we exhibited the LT-20 laboratory thresher with a dust extraction system. Customers were able to get advice about the system on site, as Mr. Gutenberger from SPÄNEX was also at our booth. With a new fair appearance in the form of a new modern counter, as well as a competent team, the HALDRUP company made sure that the visitors felt comfortable at the stand.

Furthermore, visitors at our booth were able to find out more about plot sprayers. As in previous years, managing director Bernd Kettemann and sales director Anna Sprinzl provided information about new products and further developments from HALDRUP GmbH. So this time they spoke above all about the innovations that could also be seen on site at the exhibition stand. This is for example the new, combined soybean, grain and rapeseed cutting unit for plot combines, as well as the new control on the SP-35 seed drill. Since digitization is also becoming increasingly important in field research, the seed drill control has been revised. Among other things, it was designed to be more user-friendly. The new control also gives you more monitoring options than before. The operating instructions are also stored in the display, so that you no longer need them in paper form. It is also possible to store the display of the control on a cell phone or tablet, so the machine can also be controlled from these devices.

Furthermore, Mr. Kettemann and Ms. Sprinzl informed about the new i-flow moisture measurement system, which is suitable for all plot combines and which can be retrofitted to existing systems. This system is very accurate because the plot yield is measured continuously. There is also the i-flow system for existing NIRS devices. The automatic flap control of the i-flow shortens the harvest time. The presentation provided further information on the i-cut cutting unit, which is particularly suitable for harvesting very close to the ground and has a perfect adaptation to the ground. It is perfect for harvesting legumes, for example. Thanks to the improved air cleaning, no fruit remains in the cutting unit. The cutting unit can also be changed in less than five minutes. Another innovation that was introduced is the newly founded NIRS Support Group. The group was founded in November 2019 and will meet again in March 2020. The group serves for a lively exchange of NIRS users, as well as the manufacturers of the NIRS devices. The goal is regular workshops for NIRS users and newcomers, as well as constant improvements to the calibrations .

We would like to thank all of our customers for your visit and we wish everyone a good season.
